ASG met fin à tous ses accords de collaboration Hier, quelque quarante entreprises ayant toutes conlu d'une manière ou d'une autre un accord de partenariat avec le groupe logistique suédois ASG, ont reçu une lettre par laquelle ce dernier annonce qu'il met fin à ses contrats en date du 30 août. A partir du 2 septembre, ASG fera appel au réseau de partenariat de Deutsche Post/Danzas. Les partenaires avec lesquels ASG avait signé un contrat d'exclusivité avaient déjà annoncé qu'ils utiliseraient la clause de rupture si ASG rompait prématurément ses accords. Les contrats conclus ont un délai de préavis allant de six mois à cinq ans. Apparemment, la maison-mère Deutsche Post n'est pas en manque de ressources... Le transbordement à Rotterdam en baisse de 3,7% Ni le projet du nouveau terminal à containers à Flessingue, ni les plans pour une installation similaire à Amsterdam ne sont considérés à Rotterdam comme une réelle menace. Le grand port néerlandais ne formulera des objections que si cette capacité additionnelle devait conduire à une érosion des tarifs, a affirmé le directeur général Willem Scholten de l'Entreprise portuaire communale de Rotterdam lors de la présentation des résultats semestriels.
