Cette évolution dans ce sens était attendue pour diverses raisons. D'une part, le groupe CMB s'étant complètement retiré du secteur des lignes régulières n'avait plus l'utilité de ce soutien. D'autre part, pour le groupe Bolloré, le réseau africain de l'AMI est complémentaire à celui dont il dispose déjà sur ce continent avec SDV. La transaction sera finalisée dans le courant des prochains jours.
