"With this order IHC Caland's yards will be at more than full capacity well into the year 2001," IHC Caland said. Clinton Forms Commission On Seaport Crime President Bill Clinton established a commission on U.S. seaport crime and security aimed at combating problems including drug trafficking and cargo theft.
