L’opération doit encore être soumise à une assemblée générale extraordinaire des actionaires de DSV, des autorités anti-cartel danoises et bien sûr des autorités européennes. Cet examen sera nécessaire: DSV a acheté il y a quelques années un autre acteur majeur sur la scène danoise, à savoir l’ancienne filiale Samson de Géodis. Avec DFDS Dan Transport, DSV deviendra de ce fait un des plus grands transporteurs scandinaves, avec un chiffre d’affaires cumulé de 18 mia. de DKK (2, 42 mia. d’EUR).
