FedEx va acquérir American Freightways Le groupe FedEx Corp va acquérir le transporteur American Freightways (AF), basé à Harrisson, Arkansas et spécialisé dans le LTL (less-than-truckload) régional, pour une somme de 1,2 mia de USD (dont 250 mio. de USD de reprise de dettes).
