On était en droit de considérer, il y a une dizaine de jours que le cap des 60% ne serait pas dépassé, mais tout semble indiquer que des actionnaires ont préféré attendre la veille de l’échéance pour se défaire de leurs titres. Vendredi dernier, à la clôture de l’opération, Grimaldi détenait 79,6% des titres, donc pratiquement 80%. Il reste donc un actionnaire d’une certaine importance, à savoir CMA CGM avec 10% qui jugeait le prix de 97 NKR (10,92 dollars) trop bas. Alloin: le chiffre d’affaires dépassera le milliard de FRF en 2001 Pour l’ensemble de l’exercice 2001, les prévisions du groupe familial français Alloin, qui a son siège à Villefranche-sur-Saône, dans le département du Rhône, portent actuellement sur un chiffre d’affaires consolidé de 1,1 milliard de FRF (167,69 millions d’EUR).
