Il va également vendre l’entrepôt frigorifique de Liverpool, à une société non précisée. Frigoscandia, racheté en 1997 par ProLogis (alors encore appelé SCI) à ASG est sa branche de services logistiques frigorifiques. Dans son communiqué, ProLogis ne mentionne pas quel avenir il réserve aux autres branches de Frigoscandia.
