THE dry bulk unit of Thoresen Thai Agencies has relocated its commercial front office from Bangkok to Singapore to be closer to its trading house customers, most of which have regional head offices here. It will up its headcount from two to seven in Singapore, while its Bangkok back office keeps its 90-strong operations team.
