- HHLA recorded an increase of +3.7% in the traffic of the
containers handled from terminals

In the first quarter of 2022 the port terminals of the German
Hamburger Hafen und Logistik AG (HHLA) handled traffic
of containers equal to 1.74 million teu, with an increase of
+3.7% on the same quarter of last year and with declines
-3.1% and -6.7% respectively on the corresponding quarters of
2020 and 2019. In addition, in the intermodal sector, the company has
enlivened 431 thousand teu, with increases of +3.1% respectively,
+14.0% and +8.3% on the first quarters of 2021, 2020 and 2019.-
- In the first three months of this year, HHLA recorded revenues of equal numbers
to 386.2 million euros, with an increase of +10.7% on the same
period of 2021. EBITDA was 96.6 million
euro (+9.3%), operating profit at 53.7 million euro (+15.9%) and
profit after tax at 30.9 million euros (+9.7%).
