The Harbour Committee of Savona has approved of Triennial Operations plan 2012-2014



Today the Harbour Committee of Savona has approved of managed the Triennial Operations plan for 2012-2014 from the Harbour Authority on two main traditions of participation: the initiatives of Town development plan, tied to the realization of the platform multipurpose in the oadstead of Go, and the proposals of the ordinary programming that pursue the reorganization of the harbour spaces and improvements of town-planning and environmental character.

The picture of the participations of Town development plan includes the resources in order to realize the new dam of the port, necessary in order protect it approaches it of the platform of I go, and to reorganize the systems of the activities to rinfusiere existing (oil pipe-lines); to realize the new road system of access (practicability of connection of the platform, arranges of crosses harbour and new highway tollbooth); to construct to the new railway terminal (realization of the Metrocargo system, intermodal interface of the new terminal container).

In program also the participations of previewed mitigation and environmental compensation from the agreement of program for the realization of the platform: between these, the construction of new dwellings for the transfer of the residents in the area "Gheia" and the participation for the cultural center of I go previewed from the Masterplan, let alone I rearrange of the shoreline from Port I go until Zinola, with investments in the area of river Solcasso and Zinola.

The ordinary programming of the POT, instead, addresses mostly to the basin of Savona, including among other things: the restructure of the spaces of warehouse for bulk and goods several (sheds T1 and T3, systems antifire) and the potenziamento of the system of handling of the solid bulk; the completion of the new practicability of access (elevated harbour); the risistemazione of the surrounding areas the fortress of the Priamar (realization of a new one I put forward to the sea, requalification of the beach and the parks of the Extension and risistemazione of the railway connection that crosses them).

The programming includes also the realization of a zone of filter between spiagge of Bergeggi and the area harbour, requalifying the terminal portion of Earthwork South, on the base of the competition of ideas developed in the first part of 2011 in order to characterize the best progettuale solution.

For the performance of the programmed projects in the three years resources for about 200 million euros are engaged to budget, of which beyond 41 million in 2012.

The Harbour Authority of Savona has remembered that, between the main projects that will be started the next year, they figure from West to East: the realization of the street connection between the platform and the retroportuale practicability, in sovrappasso to the Aurelia; the ricollocazione of the oil pipe-lines of connection between the points of disembarkation and the warehouses to long earth a new distance in order to allow the removal of the current conducts situated in the river bed of the Torrent Sign; the requalification of the spiagge public of Port I go; the construction of the volumes of the Centro Culturale previewed from the Masterplan of Vado Ligure, building two-floor destined to receive library, auditorium, exhibition offices, salt; the requalification of the coastal belt of Zinola, with I reorder and the mass in safety of the shoreline, the risistemazione runs aground it them and the realization of a connection with the walk of I go; the improvement of the safety of the railway connection that crosses the parks of the Extension, with the installation of level crossings and cancels automated and the preparation of penthouses and systems of lighting system.

The Harbour Committee has then examined and approved of the pre-emptive budget of the harbour agency that anticipates a remainder current of 7,2 million euros and an availability set aside to term of exercise of 19,01 million euros.

Moreover the Harbour Committee has approved of unanimously the project of uses of the state property areas to tourist use of the savonese shoreline and of that of I go. As emphasized from the representatives of the two interested Municipalities you anticipate to the table, the two town-planning instruments are realized in the full agreement between the local governments and also that of I go recepisce all the demands formulated from the same Municipality.

At last it is given to seem favorable to the demand for widening of the shed of Must Spa near dock 14 and 15 of the harbour basin of Savona. The new shed will allow handling of 35-38mila tons of goods several and bulk. Previewed also the risistemazione of the harbour large square for the warehouse of the metallic bulk second the enforced norms in environmental matters.
