CONCORD, CA -- Mitsui O.S.K. Lines Ltd. and Magsaysay Lines Inc. have jointly formed Magsaysay-Mitsui O.S.K. Marine Inc. (MMOMI), effective June 6, 1997.
According to MOL, the new company was established for the purpose of recruiting and supplying qualified seafarers for the MOL group's fleet.
MMOMI will begin manning operations immediately and is currently overseeing an estimated 1,300 seafarers who are employed ......
