Vu la grogne qui se manifeste tant dans les milieux des chargeurs que des expéditeurs et autres NVO, cela paraît probable. En fait, le CNE est déjà parti en guerre contre une autre initiative émanant cette fois de la FEFC et qui se traduirait par l'introduction d'une surcharge pour le westbound millenium qui porte le nom de "Peak Season Surcharge".
