Warranty in marine insurance policy not absolute, court rules

A WARRANTY in a marine insurance policy that a vessel shall be seaworthy at the start of a policy and that the insured shall exercise due diligence to keep the vessel in a seaworthy condition, is not absolute, an English court has held.
