Remembering the unexpected success obtained by the Hydra mobil crane, which is going to change the traditional coils-stocking methods all over the world, (thirtheen units have already been ordered at a distance of only one month from its presentation), thus allowing an effective yard saving and stocking room of more than 52%, - Belotti Handling S.p.A. of Genova has decided to anticipate the presentation of one further innovative model.
During the seventeenth International Intermodal Expo, which will take place at the World Congress Center of Atlanta (USA) from the 11th - to the 13th April (stand nr.1828), Belotti is going to present a revolutionary fork-lift for the stocking and moving of pipes: its targets are going to be the logistic companies, the intermodal terminals and all the companies which do normally use fork-lift.
The new mobil crane allows the driver to operate the machine with a total visibility (100%) in contrast with the traditional one, which gives the operator a visibility of only the 65% because of the frontal running sledges. It is for this matter that so many accidents occur.
Furthermore, the new Belotti mobil crane can be equipped with one electro-mechanical switch, which allows to substitute the forks with a vacuum attachment (Belotti manufactured, too), and without forcing the operator to get down from the driving-cabbage of the unit (Belotti Handling S.p.A. patent).
Not only do the new vehicle compete directly with the nowadays current fork-lifts thanks to the evident originality and utilization easiness, but also because of its extremely competitive price.
