The Port Authority of Piraeus has implemented another step to eliminate from the greek port all ships and boats laid up for many years or unused docks and occupy different areas of the airport. After completing the procedure to get rid of seven of GA Ferries ferry left unused in the harbor at Piraeus ( of 1 July 2011), the institution has instructed the Greek society Genoa Technical Bureau to define the sale of 50 abandoned ships and boats in the harbor. Also banned will be a race to sell three large passenger ships still at the airport: it is a ferry Agoudimos and two units of SAOS Ferries.
