In Spain, preparations are being made for the next ban on truck drivers from loading and unloading
Failure to comply with the provision will be sanctioned with fines of up to 4,600 euros

In particular, the decree-law introduces a new provision in the law regulating land transport which prohibits drivers of heavy vehicles of more than 7.5 tons in mass maximum authorized to carry out loading and unloading operations the goods both at the origin and at the destination of the transport service, except for certain types of transport services and means such as removal services, tankers, bisarche, cranes and express courier and delivery services of fractional loads at the points of sale. In these cases, the driver will receive a specific compensation for the activity of loading and unloading that must also be reported on the invoice.
Fenadismer recalled that non-compliance with this prohibition will be sanctioned with fines of up to 4,600 euros.
