L'armement brésilien Transroll Navegacao poursuit sa prodigieuse expansion, tant dans le secteur deepsea intercontinental que dans le domaine du cabotage le long de la côte est de l'Amérique du Sud. En fait, cet armement pratique toutes les disciplines en matière de diverses, en ce sens qu'il est actif en tant que transporteur de voitures, pratique la containérisation à grande échelle et adapte le transroulage aux cargaisons conditionnées en ro/ro, qu'il s'agisse d'engins roulants ou de breakbulk. Alfred Evers: "La nouvelle loi sur les transport routier se fait trop attendre"
"La nouvelle loi sur le transport routier sera portée sur l'ordre du jour" d'un des prochains conseils des ministres". C'est ce qu'a annoncé Alfred Evers, président de la Febetra, lors de son allocution de Nouvel-An à Bruxelles. Mis à part la remarque que "cette nouvelle loi se fait attendre trop longtemps", il est resté étonnamment diplomate dans son discours. "C'est aujourd'hui une réception où l'on se remet les bons voeux, et où la polémique n'a pas vraiment sa place", nous a-t-il déclaré par après.
L'AGHA étrenne sa nouvelle structure
La nouvelle structure de l'AGHA (Antwerpse Gemeenschap voor de Haven), l'association coupole du secteur privé du port d'Anvers, est entrée en vigueur au début de l'année. L'organe des relations publiques Assiport et l'ancien Centre d'études travaillent désormais en tant que divisions au sein de l'AGHA.
