    Théoriquement, c'est le 23 février prochain que devraient être rentrées toutes les réponses à l'enquête informative menée par l'Entreprise portuaire communale autonome anversoise relative à la troisième phase du projet de darse à marée en cours de creusement sur la rive gauche de l'Escaut, au sud de Doel. Cette phase implique la réalisation d'un troisième terminal à containers, ou le 5è terminal à marée du port scaldien.

    La société nordiste de transport routier et de logistique Bils-Deroo (Waziers) a acheté pour un montant non précisé le groupe Global Trans (Mochy-le-Preux, près d'Arras), qui opère sous les noms de New Transunion, Godart et Stetra. L'année passée, deux autres sociétés avaient déjà été achetées dans la région (Tournaux et Sogpotrans, toutes deux à Libercourt). Bils-Deroo, qui prévoit de réaliser cette année un chiffre d'affaires de 900 mio. de FRF (37,2 mio. d'EUR) est devenu en quelques années un des plus grands transporteurs du nord de la France.

Ainsi, le gain par action a été de 2,67 CD (+15%). Le revenu opérationnel à l'exclusion des exceptionnels a atteint 1,74 mio de CD (+20%). C'est évidemment la filiale Pan Canadian Petroleum Ltd qui a le plus contribué au CA et au revenu net avec respectivement 4,72 mia. de CD et 314 mio. CP Rail vient en seconde position avec un CA de 3,32 mia. de CD par rapport au CA global de 11,36 mia, toutefois, le revenu net a chuté de 367 à 61,9 mio. En troisième position viennent les activités maritimes de CP Ships avec un CA de 2,79 mia.(+ 152 mio), tandis que le revenu net a chuté de 151,3 à 85,2 mio. de CD. Quant à la partie hôtelière, elle génère toujours un bon revenu net soit 118,5 mio. de CD par rapport à un CA de 749,2 mio.
