Forty-one-year-old Sotiris Raptis has been appointed
Secretary General of the European Community Shipowners' Associations
(ECSA), an association of which he has been a member since 2020 first as director
of the environment and safety and in the last seven months as
Acting Secretary-General. Raptis is a great
expert in Community policy having worked for several
organisations in Brussels for the past 14 years. Before entering
