In Emilia-Romagna the regional intermodal Cluster is instituted



The Emilia-Romagna Region today has undersigned to Bologna with some operating head physicians of the field of the logistics and the transports a "Agreement for the increase of the regional intermodal system" that it will have lasted until end 2020 and that it has the scope to develop collaborative actions and of promotion of the system of the intermodal platforms of the Region in the national and international context. Objective is also that to promote the "regional intermodal Cluster of the Emilia-Romagna", team that aims at the development of transports to low environmental impact, to the increase of the traffic of goods from rubber to iron, to the increase of new services in order to value the complex of the intermodal points of the territory and to so increase the competitiveness of the economy of the Emilia-Romagna and the entire Country.

More in detail, beside the constitution and promotion of the "regional intermodal Cluster" - the system of the platforms of the Emilia-Romagna -, the agreement previews a collaboration in several fields. Part from the strengthening of the competences with the start of formative distances multilevel is for technical-managerial professional profiles (Hub manager), specialized in particular in the attraction of international traffics, is of more operating cut, in order to form specialized technical figures tied to the railway exercise (Terminal manager). One passes for the development of actions of marketing and promotion of all the system in Europe until projects in order to improve the existing services and railway accessibility of the intermodal nodes.
