On the occasion of today's national conference of the Association National Mooring and Boatmen Groups Italian Ports (Angopi) entitled "Moorers: operators for sustainability port and port access", held at the Priamar Fortress in Savona, to the president of Angopi, Paolo Authority, the first certificate has been delivered professional mooring competence that is issued by the bilateral body, recognized by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport as holder for certification, and whose compulsory nature was introduced by decree of President of the Republic no. 93 of 2024. The certificate authorizes to the exercise of the profession of moorer, and must be renewed every five years.
