
Dubai-based terminal operator group DP World has signed an agreement
with the US GXO Logistics to acquire six dedicated sites
to contract logistics at the service of customers in the sector
five in England and one in Northern Ireland,
for a total of about 186 thousand square meters and two thousand employees. The
transfer of the sites was one of the conditions on the part of the
UK Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) for
