The press office of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Trasporti continues in what is evidently one of its all its own, but erroneous, deontological practice, modifying in these a press release of last June 11 to tell us that then (or today?) Minister Matteo Salvini had or signed the decree appointing Francesco Mastro as extraordinary commissioner of the Port System Authority of the Adriatic Sea Southern, starting from next June 30. The appointment comes in waiting for the opinions of the Transport Committees of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate on his appointment as president of the institution.
