This morning in the port of Livorno two new
warehouses of a total of 17 square meters built by FHP
MarterNeri of the FHP group with an investment of more than 23
million euros. The new structures were built with the
conversion of two areas after the demolition of a warehouse and
a cement plant of the last century and will be entirely dedicated to the
storage of forest products, paper and pulp and will contribute to the
to increase the total capacity of the port of Livorno.
By attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony and
congratulating the excellent work done by the company that
- he underlined - is a historical reality of the airport
Livorno, the president of the Port System Authority
of the Northern Tyrrhenian Sea, Davide Gariglio, highlighted that
"Behind this intervention there is a deep trust
in the potential of our port and its community".
Recalling that the Port Authority is currently investing
infrastructure for over 600 million euros and underlining that
the development of the port requires continuous resources, Gariglio has
specified that "public funds are not enough, they are needed - he said
specified - private investments like this to grow. I hope
that there are more and more entrepreneurs who, like FHP
MarterNeri, choose to bet on the future of our airport".
