Explaining that CVC DIF will collaborate with the management of Cernaval in order to favor the further development of the company, focusing on the modernization of the yard, on the expansion of the operational capacities and on the strengthening of the commercial and managing processes, Fernando Moreno, partner of CVC DIF, has emphasized that "Cernaval enjoys a privileged position in a strategically important port, having specialized structures and a highly qualified team.
