La Conferenza FEMAR è stata organizzata dall'ILRES - Istituto Ligure di Ricerche Economiche e Sociali - per conto della Regione Liguria e della Commissione Europea, Direzione Generale Imprese e Direzione Generale Formazione, con il patrocinio del Ministero del Lavoro del Governo Italiano e in collaborazione con AMRIE - The Alliance of Maritime Regions Interests in Europe - e con il Forum MARIS di Genova.

The FEMAR Conference has been organised by the ILRES - Istituto Ligure di Ricerche Economiche e Sociali - on behalf of the Regione Liguria and the European Commission, Directorate-General Enterprise and Directorate-General Education, with the patronage of the Italian Ministry of Labour and in co-operation with AMRIE - The Alliance of Maritime Regions Interests in Europe - and the Genoa MARIS Forum.
