En d'autres termes, en 2002 la zone portuaire de la rive gauche enregistrera un trafic de l'ordre de 1,96 mio. de TEU. Comment résoudre les problèmes de logistique terrestre que vont poser ces centres de transbordement, dans le cadre des pré-et post-acheminements de et vers l'hinterland, et n'oublions pas les transferts entre ces terminaux et ceux de la rive droite?
