Déclarant "Cette situation est inacceptable", la fédération TLF (Transport & Logistique de France) se propose de mettre l'affaire sur la place publique demain. Selon TLF, fédération groupant surtout les commissionnaires de transport (expéditeurs), "les activités portuaires françaises sont pénalisées par des mouvements sociaux rémanents".
  • ABX acquiert Saima Avandero, Dubois et Eurofrete
    ABX Logistics a annoncé lundi midi à Bruxelles l'acquisition de la majorité des actions de Saima Avandero en Italie, de Dubois en France et a signé une lettre d'intention pour la prise de majorité d'Eurofrete au Portugal. Jusqu'ici, seule la prise de participations minoritaire avait été évoquée. Par ces transactions, dont le montant n'a pas été annoncé, le chiffre d'affaires d'ABX (hors transport maritime et fluvial) passe à 99,3 milliards de BEF (2,46 mia. d'EUR). Etienne Schouppe, président d'ABX, n'a pas voulu dire à quel pourcentage se montent les participations, "car toutes ces opérations ne sont pas encore terminées. Mais il s'agit de participations pouvant aller de 60 à 100%".
