Helf est particulièrement actif sur le marché de la Rhénanie-Westphalie et sur les liaisons entre l’Allemagne et le Benelux. Dans cette opération, le groupe français intervient conjointement avec son partenaire allemand Werner Egerland, dont il détient une partie du capital.
