
The Port System Authority of the Adriatic Sea
	Settentrionale has signed with SO. RE. BUT. of Chioggia on
	state concession contract that authorizes the company, which makes
	part of the F2i Holding Portuale (FHP) group, to occupy and
	use the area of about 125,000 meters for 25 years, until 2049
	paintings that insists in the commercial port section of Val Da
	Rio-Molo di Ponente in Chioggia, for the performance of the operations
	loading, unloading, transshipment, storage and handling of goods,
	as well as all operations related to the management of
	port company on behalf of third parties. Among the assets under concession there are
	also the quays that extend for 1,486 meters, five
	buildings and two portions of buildings in the area. The new
	concession also includes state-owned areas, amounting to just over
	of 10 thousand square meters, previously available to the
	cooperative Impreport and provides for the commitment of the SO. RE. BUT.
	to hire all 12 employees on a permanent basis, as
	provided for in the social clause included in the application for concession
	and in the related business plan.
	
	«SO. RE. MA, part of a national group that already
	operates in Porto Marghera and Chioggia - noted the president
	of the Port Authority, Fulvio Lino Di Blasio, on the occasion of the signing of the deed
	concession that took place yesterday - recognized the potential
	of the port of Clodiense and, thanks to this new concession
	which also attributes to it the former Impreport areas, may
	expand by helping to make the entire
	and to give certainty to workers. Central to the evaluation
	which led to the concession - explained Di Blasio - is
	the solidity of the business plan which provides for a
	progressive growth in traffic, supported by the
	dredging envisaged, until a freight handling of
	1.438 million tonnes in 2046, and investment over the next
	25 years of €11.5 million in equipment and technology that
	will allow, among other things, to activate a new line of business
	in the ro-ro segment with an expected handling of 400 thousand
	tons per year".
	
	"The areas and activities that have been confirmed to us
	and the new ones pertaining to the former Impreport - commented
	the CEO of FHP, Paolo Cornetto - foresee our
	investments of over 11 million euros over 25 years.
	Under the direction of our terminal director Mauro Marchiori,
	we will continue to contribute to the development of the port of Chioggia and in
	close collaboration and coordination we will be able to dialogue with a lot of
	attention and respect for roles with all our interlocutors
	with the trade unions and all the authorities.

	all those who collaborate with us in our terminals".
