Cela s’est avéré impossible suite à des dissensions. Il faudra probablement attendre “trois semaines ou plus, voire la fin des vacances d’été”, nous a déclaré un porte-parole de l’UE vendredi après-midi. Les directorats-généraux “Environnement” et “Marché Interne” se retrouvent face à face, tandis que le DG Transports se positionne entre les deux.
