COSCO SHIPPING LAUNCHES NEW GREECE - ITALY SERVICE

"Cosco Shipping's Diamond Line has officially launched Vado Ligure Express Service (VAX) from Cosco Shipping's Piraeus Container Terminal (PCT)."

The vessel Atlantic South, is deployed for the maiden voyage, departing from PCT and heading to Vado port in Italy. .

VAX service, connecting the container terminal at port of Piraeus with Vado directly, is offering a weekly express liner service.

The introduction of the new service provides a new channel for the company to transport cargoes to north Italy, said Cosco Ship-ping.

Diamond Line is a wholly-owned subsidiary of COSCO Shipping, focusing on intra-Europe feeder services.
